Based in Maitama, Abuja, we bring together individuals who voluntarily unite to pursue shared financial goals for mutual benefit.

We aim to mobilize savings, provide accessible loans, and support members in achieving milestones like homeownership through land acquisition programs. We are committed to transparency and offer competitive interest rates and flexible repayment options, ensuring every member thrives.

Savings Mobilization

Build wealth with our mandatory savings program. Deposit funds for at least six months and earn up to 20% interest per annum (subject to economic realities). Your savings are secure and work toward your financial growth.

Affordable Loans

Access short-term loans with flexible terms: Loan amounts tailored to your needs. Competitive interest rates of 10-15% flat per month. Repayment tenors up to three months, with options for extension (subject to conditions). Secured by collateral like vehicles, land, or property, ensuring trust and transparency.

Housing and Land Acquisition

Plan for the future with our housing support program. We acquire development land and distribute it to eligible members, helping you resolve housing challenges affordably.

Member Support

From loan processing to savings management, our team provides personalized guidance to ensure you succeed. Pay a low 1% legal/processing fee for loan agreements and enjoy seamless services.

How It Works

  • Join with a N10,000 membership fee and start saving.
  • Apply for loans after six months of consistent savings.
  • Provide collateral and guarantors for secure borrowing.
  • Benefit from our housing and land programs for long-term stability.

This Association is governed by the Nigerian Cooperative Societies Act and it is of people who voluntarily come together to pursue economic goals for their own benefit.

Some of the benefits are that:

  1. We mobilize savings and channel them to individuals as loans for explicit improvement ventures at an agreed interest rate.
  2. We help to resolve, shortly, the housing problem of members, by acquiring development land and distributing same to able and capable members.

Any interested person can be a member once you:

– A. Fill out our Membership information form

– B. Submit the form with a minimum of N10,000.

– C. Pay a mandatory savings deposit for the next (6) months as savings with the association, and this shall attract an interest rate of 20% (subject to economic reality) per annum.

To obtain a loan, you must:

  1. Fill out an application form for a loan.
  2. He/she must be a member with a mandatory savings deposit for a minimum period of six (6) months.
  3. Obtain an application form with a sum of N10,000 and fill it out together with all relevant documents.
  4. Pay a legal/processing fee of 1% of the loan request for sales agreement preparation on the collateral given.
  5. Provide 1 or 2 Guarantors with an undated signed cheque leaf for the principal sum and interest.
  6. Provide a bank statement on his/her account for 6 months.
  7. For a loanable sum applied for, collateral must be provided with a forwarding letter of undertaking.
